At Lagoon Watersports we offer a range of fitness classes to keep you in shape over the summer, both on and off the water.

Have you tried SUP Fitness?

SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Fitness classes at Lagoon Fitness will focus on the exciting world of SUP Fitness which offers a full body workout to meet the personal training requirements of every client. The classes will use Stand Up Paddle boards (SUP) and INDO Boards, combined with traditional exercises, to give a new effective and unique workout experience. 

What will happen in the class?
Basically you perform different exercises on a SUP board. SUP fitness is a world away from your average workout – as you are on an unstable platform you increase the intensity of every exercise; whether it be a hardcore press up or a more gentle downward dog Yoga position, the options are endless. Exercises can be designed to meet any goal from improving your general fitness to more specific goals such as strength gains. Once you’ve had a go you’ll never set foot in a gym again!
