SUP Fitness Course

If you have never been on a Stand Up Paddleboard before this is the ultimate SUP fitness course for you and will take you from zero to hero in 5 weeks.

You will start with a Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard Course, which will give you the basic knowledge to get up and paddling on a board. After that you will get an initial consultation, where you will be fitness tested and a training plan drawn up.

Included in the price is 4 weeks unlimited fitness classes and our Improvers Stand Up Paddle Board Course.

All our instructors are accredited by SUPfit, ensuring high quality, effective classes.

Fitness at Lagoon Watersports:
  • Run by REPS qualified Personal Trainers and SUPfit Instructors.
  • Based in the surroundings of Hove Lagoon.
  • Full clubhouse with changing facilities, hot showers and cafe.
