SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) in Brighton, East Sussex.
What is Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP): SUPing is fun, easy and suitable for all!
SUPing uses a big board which you stand on with a paddle to propel yourself. Simple, brilliant fun, really appealing and suitable for all ages and abilities. Stand up paddleboarding is a sport that can be whatever you want it to be but be sure of one thing, it makes you smile and is addictive.
SUPing can be a gentle paddle on Hove Lagoon, a cruise along the Brighton coast, a way to get fit, a means to surf waves and ocean swells and a way to race and challenge yourself against other people and the elements.
