Today's CityAM features a fantastic article on training with the England Sevens squad at Twickenham ahead of this weekend's Marriot London Sevens. A Wattbike session concluded the day with the journalist taking on a 3km time-trial - the aim to keep a consistent pace throughout and it seemed like it hurt.
The Wattbike has fast become the training machine for the rugby community from elite international level to professional domestic and amateur clubs alike.
