The club has a strong tradition of racing, which started on the River Trent, and we are proud to have an excellent standard of Race organisation. Races are open to dinghies and windsurfers, and we have Tuesday night Racing for those who are starting to race, with Saturday racing aimed at juniors and those who are getting further into racing, whilst the keener members race on Thursday night and Sundays.

Organising racing
Water use will be limited to boats with a PYN not lower than a 505 which is currently 902. Any person wishing to sail a boat with a lower PYN must have prior permission from the Sailing Committee. The maximum 21 ft rule will still apply.
