We are looking for an Internal Product Manager to lead, formulate vision and drive the development of internal tools used by our HR and Recruiting teams. By rethinking HR and Recruiting tools used by modern companies, you will have a huge impact in how Facebook recruits, grows and retains talent. You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the best and most demanding engineers and business people on the planet to build the future. This position is full time and based in our main offices in Menlo Park.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HR and Recruiting teams to gain deep understanding of process, systems and pain points.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative HR and recruiting tools.
  • Work with customers and UI designers to define products that need to be built
  • Use data to define metrics for the initiatives, measure current state and track attainment of stated metrics.
  • Work closely with engineers to build tools.
  • Drive adoption of the tools deployed, identify and remove impediments to successful adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience in building successful software products.
  • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Stats, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing and building software solutions for HR and Recruiting.
  • Deep experience in building successful software products.
  • Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems.
  • Demonstrated Leadership and ability to lead effectively through influence.
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
