The Small Business (SMB) team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Support our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our Facebook products through channels such as email and Facebook Page
  • Perform data analysis and execute data-informed initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth
  • Identify trends to enhance the support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Gather client and market feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience
  • Fluency & excellent communication skills in BOTH Japanese and English. 1-3 years prior experience in scalable operations and/or service/sales role
  • Previous experience in running B2B mass education/communication projects an added advantage
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
  • Highly effective at interacting with external customers and serving as a subject matter expert on Facebook advertising products
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks, manage time, and thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Passionate about Facebook and providing excellent service to SMBs on our platform
