The APAC Recruiting Branding and Events Lead role will have broad regional remit to establish Facebook as an outstanding employer via branding and events both internally and externally. This position is located in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

  • Create and iterate on the narratives and stories that define who we are and what it’s like to work at Facebook, and ensuring that those narratives and stories are consistent with our global messaging while also specifically engaging APAC markets
  • Drive region-wide communications and employment branding materials for employees involved in the recruiting process
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure individual and team development and over achievement
  • Manage the event strategy, logistics and execution for regional recruiting events, including contracts, swag, hotel blocks, etc
  • Own the regional recruiting events budget and calendar, team and vendor communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis
  • Set a vision for an drive and execute branding and events for APAC

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of designing and executing employment brand campaigns in APAC
  • Creativity, adaptability, and perseverance
  • Proven track record showcasing project management skills to execute on multiple projects with equal precision that involve both internal and external resources
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leveraged opportunities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level
  • 7+ years branding and events experience on a APAC level.
