The 10,000 square foot (929 sq m) Clubhouse provides first rate changing facilities, with showers. The Wet Bar caters for the sailor's creature comforts, and there's a luxurious lounge, lecture rooms and viewing deck. Added to this, the full bar and catering facilities are available on most days. There's also a Wireless Hotspot for member's use. All facilities are wheelchair accessible. The Clubhouse is open five days a week in the Winter (from Thursday to Monday).

An exciting social programme is established, with something for just about everyone - children's parties, a Summer Dance, barbecues, wine and dine evenings, and of course you can always do your own thing.

Members can hold their own parties, celebrations or barbecues using in-house catering. 

Rutland Sailing Club has 48 beds in 10 simply furnished bunk rooms, some with ensuite facilities, which can be booked by members who want to stay for, say, the weekend at very economical rates. The accommodation is available throughout the year for visiting Open Meeting sailors and training groups and is ideal for families visiting the area.

Jackie Banfield and Sam Smith, our club caterers, provide an excellent catering service for visitors and members of Rutland Sailing Club. The Servery is open on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and menus are available for parties, weddings, conferences or dinners if pre-booked.

 

The bar serves a full range of beverages including draught beer.

The Club also has a conference room which is available for hire at reasonable rates. Facilities include refreshments, snack lunch and an unrivaled view!
