Ares Management take 30,000 sq ft Regent Street office lease

We have signed a lease agreement with Ares Management Ltd, the United Kingdom affiliate of US-based Ares Management LLC, for 2,800 m2 (30,000 ft2) of office space at 10 New Burlington Street within Regent Street's £250 million W4 redevelopment, which is being carried out by The Crown Estate and Exemplar.

Cushman & Wakefield appointed to St James’s Market

Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed as joint office letting agents for the St James's Market joint venture.
They will act as joint agents with Knight Frank on St James's Market, a partnership between The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties Group.

Stars switch on St James’s Christmas lights

Actors Celia Imrie and James Nesbitt turned on the St James's Christmas lights last night as part of the Fayre of St James's.
A 500-strong crowd were entertained by stars of stage and screen and musicians in St James's Church Piccadilly, followed by the official switch-on.
Money raised by the event was donated to charity.

Regent Street Partnership extended in £390m Quadrant 3 deal

We can announce that we have extended our Regent Street partnership through the addition of the landmark £390m Quadrant 3 redevelopment. The deal sees NBIM take a 25 per cent stake in the £390 million Quadrant 3 scheme, in addition to their existing 25 per cent stake in the rest of Regent Street.

School choir mark St James’s tree switch-on

The Soho Parish School choir has helped switch on the lights of the St James's Church Piccadilly Christmas tree.
A landmark of the St James's area, the school children made decorations to dress the tree and the choir performed to the crowds to mark the switch-on.
The St James's Christmas lights, situated on Jermyn Street, will be switched-on as part of the Fayre of St James's, taking place on Thursday 5 December.
Patron Capital set for new home on Regent Street

Real estate investment advisors, Patron Capital, are set to move to Regent Street after agreeing a ten-year lease with The Crown Estate for 8,300 ft2 on the third floor at 1 Vine Street.
