The OS Coaches section programmes available within the context of the 2013 - 2016 quadrennial plan offer NOCs assistance adapted to the various stages of development of National Sport Federations. It looks at the experience of the National coaches, the type of training which they will be delivering as well as the 'level' or status of the National Sport specific structures for each sport . The objective is to provide each NOC with the technical and financial means to ensure that they can fulfil their specific needs and priorities during the various stages of development.

The 3 programmes within the Coaches Section that ISAF Member National Authorities will benefit from are outlined below.

World Programme number 6 Technical Courses for Coaches (TCC)	Levels 1 (National), 2 (National/ Regional) and 3 (National / Regional) Duration: between 5-7 days Budget: Minimum $8,000 USD - Maximum $12,000 USD funding
World Programme number 7 Olympic Scholarships for Coaches	Sport specific option - ISAF Training Scholarship Duration: 8 weeks Budget: Course costs provided on application
World Programme number 8 Development of a National Sports Structure (DNSS)	Duration: 3 - 6 months Budget: Maximum of $30,000 USD
