The ISAF National Learn to Sail Training Programme (LSTP) is a set of 'how to' guidelines to help SAF Member National Authorities (MNAs) in setting up a and developing a national training programme (NTP) for sailing in the following discipline: dinghy, keelboat, windsurf, multihull, kiteboard, yacht and safety / coach boat.

The ISAF National Learn to Sail Training Programme can also be used as a guide by MNA's who have an established training programme and are looking at gaining accreditation for ISAF Recognized Training status. This accreditation can often help MNAs access funding from government ministries and National Olympic Committees.

All users of the ISAF National Learn to Sail Training Programme shall comply with the Terms and Conditions as set out on page 1 of the document.
