As a Vice President I was able to contribute to the development of understanding among MNA's and exchange of best practice. With the help of Olympic Solidarity Funding and under the responsibility/coordination of the ISAF Training Department, nine Level 1, seven Level 2, eight Level 3 Technical Courses for Trainers were realized. With the Training Scholarship, twelve MNA's were able to send their candidates to an eight week course in UK, who are now working as Development Officers and Training Managers. Publications/resources, essential to the development of the National Training Programes, are under development and will be published in the near future. I believe the work done in the last three years should be refined and developed. Close relations to our MNA's, Regional Federations, IOC, NOC's and other governmental entities are crucial. Your support, together with my background and experience, will bring ISAF closer to the Strategic Plan goals. |
