The 1994 ISAF World Sailor of the Year Awards were held in on 11 November 1994 in London, Great Britain. The presenter for the evening was Paul Henderson (CAN).

In recognition of their non-stop circumnavigation in the 92ft catamaran ENZA New Zealand in a record breaking time of 74 days, 22 hours, 17 minutes and 22 seconds.

Female Winner - Theresa ZABELL (ESP)
