With San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge as a backdrop, Brian Porter (Fontana, Wisc.) and Jody Starck (Amherst, N.Y.) took the stage today at St. Francis Yacht Club to formally accept US Sailing's 2013 Rolex Yachtsman and Yachtswoman of the Year Awards.

The IRC Rating Authority has published revised rules for the Endorsement of IRC certificates recognising sail measurement by ISAF In-House Certified (IHC) sail lofts. This change will apply from 24 March 2014 and recognises the convenience and reduced cost to owners buying new sails.
