None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Marine Super Store on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

EURO currency prices shown are for illustrative purposes only. Exchange rates may vary and the price charged upon purchase may differ due to prevailing exchange rates and any charges levied by your provider.

Right to cancel

All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned with 14 days.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 2pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. The Marine Super Store web site is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

Will my order need to be signed for when it arrives?

Yes. All orders must be signed for upon receipt and cannot be left without a signature. If our carrier calls when you are not at home they will leave a calling card so you can contact them to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Return it to us at Marine Super Store, 7-11 The Slipway, Port Solent, PORTSMOUTH, PO6 4TR along with a completed Returns Form, downloadable by clicking HERE. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Return it to us at Marine Super Store, 7-11 The Slipway, Port Solent, PORTSMOUTH, PO6 4TR along with a completed Returns Form, downloadable by clicking HERE. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we won't charge you for carriage on the replacement for UK mainland destinations. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?

If you have any problems with an order from Marine Super Store, let us know and we will advise you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem. What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

All goods supplied by Marine Super Store are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. What delivery method does Marine Super Store use?

There is free carriage to any destination in the United Kingdom mainland on all orders over £100.00. For orders under £100.00, standard 3-5 day delivery is £5.95, next working day is £6.95. Next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed to outlying districts, Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland.

When will Marine Super Store charge my credit/debit card?

Your card will not be charged until your goods are despatched. This is your right under UK law.

Data Protection

Marine Super Store is registered as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998. The register entry contains descriptions of the sources, uses and disclosures of personal data held by the company.

Colour Reproduction

Marine Super Store take great care with the colours of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
