What is Google Offers?
Google Offers is a new way to get great discounts on the products and services you love from local businesses. Discover offers when you search for your favorite brands and local places on your phone or computer. Save the offer to redeem at the best places to eat, shop, and play in your area.
- Discover offers listed with your favorite businesses in Google searches on your phone or computer.
- Tap the offer title on your mobile phone or click View offer on your computer to save the offer to your Google Offers account.
- Redeem right away on your phone, or you’ll receive a reminder when you're nearby the store so you’ll never miss an opportunity to redeem for discounts, exclusive gifts, and more at the businesses you love.

Discover offers in web searches
When you search on Google either on your phone or computer, your search results may include offers for businesses near you. For example, you might search for “Italian restaurant” and find a “10% off your final bill” offer for a local Italian restaurant on the search results page. Click the offer title on your mobile phone or View offer on your computer to view more details about the offer and save it to your account.

What data is used to make offers relevant?
See more of the offers you like and fewer of the ones you don't. The offers you see and receive are tailored based on your activity on Google Offers and information in your Google Account, including your Location History. From time to time, the information from your Google Account used to tailor offers may change.
The Google Offers mobile app and Google Maps for mobile use your current device location and may, from time to time, also use and record location data to your Location History. You can manage or delete Location History for your Google Account on the Location History website.
If you no longer want to receive tailored offers, you can update your settings.

Save an offer
Save an offer on your mobile phone
- Tap the offer title where you see an offer on your search results page.
- If you’re signed in, the offer will be saved to your account. You can tap Use now to use the offer right away, or it will be saved in Your offers for later.
- If you aren’t signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in to finish saving the offer.
Save an offer on your computer
- Click View offer where you see an offer on your search results page.
- On the offer details page, click Get offer to save the offer to your account or click Print to print out the offer.
- If you aren’t signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in when you click Get offer.
Once saved, the offer will appear under Your offers at google.com/offers and in the Google Offers app. You’ll also receive an email confirmation that you’ve saved the offer.
Worried about forgetting to use an offer? Download the Google Offers app, and you’ll receive a notification to your phone that you have a saved offer when you’re near that business.
When you save an offer, be sure to read the terms and conditions and take note of the redemption period. Once the redemption period ends, the offer will no longer be available for use and can be found in your offer History.

Find saved offers
Having trouble finding your offers? First, make sure you're signed in to the same account you used to save the offer. You'll only be able to see an offer you saved if you're signed in under the same email address you used when you saved the offer. Here's how to find all of your offers:
- Sign into your account at google.com/offers or open the Google Offers app on your phone.
- You'll see your Active offers and History. From here, you can view all the details of your offers and redeem.

Redeem an offer
You can retrieve your saved offers for redemption on your mobile device or on your computer. On your phone, you can use the Google Offers app for Android, google.com/offers on your mobile browser for any platform, or your saved offer email confirmation to find your voucher and redemption code.
Here are more specific instructions for redeeming via mobile device or printed voucher:
Mobile app
With the Google Offers app, you can easily access offers wherever you are.
- Find your offer under Your offers
- Tap the Use now button on the offer screen when you're ready
- Present the screen with your redemption code/barcode to the business
Print
Simply print your voucher from your computer and present it at the store. To find your voucher, follow these steps:
- Sign into your account at google.com/offers
- Click on Your offers
- You'll see your Active offers and History. From here, you can view all the details of your offers.

Delete an offer
If you no longer want a particular offer to appear in Your offers, follow these steps to delete an offer:
- Find your offer under Your offers
- Click Delete next to the offer you’d like to delete

Using the Google Offers app
The Google Offers app, available for Android and iPhone, lets you view and redeem the offers you’ve saved. Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign in with the same Google account that you use to save offers.
It's easy to download and install the Google Offers app to your device. Just follow these steps:
Android
- Open the Google Play application in the app menu
- Select Apps, and then search for and choose “Google Offers”
- If you want to install the Google Offers app, tap the Install button
- Press Accept & download to accept the permissions for the app and it will start downloading immediately
iPhone
- Open the App Store from your iPhone
- Select Search from the menu bar, and search for “Google Offers”
- Select the Google Offers app and tap the Free button
- Tap the Install App button
- If prompted, enter your password and select OK. The app will begin downloading immediately.
What you can do with the Google Offers app
- Find your offers: Open the app to see your saved offers in Your offers.
- Redeem offers: Open the app to see your saved offers in Your offers. Tap the offer you’d like to use, and then tap Use now. Present the screen at the business where you’re redeeming your offer.
- Offers nearby notifications: When enabled, the Google Offers app will send a reminder that you have a saved offer when you’re near that business so you don’t forget to use an offer.

Google Offers app notifications
When enabled, the Google Offers app will trigger a notification if you have a saved offer, or it may trigger a notification if there's an offer available, when you're near that business so you don't forget to use it.
To change your Offers notification settings, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Offers app.
- Tap the icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Notifications you can manage which notifications you'd like to receive by checking or unchecking the boxes next to their descriptions.

The business refused to accept my offer
If a business refused to accept your offer either via mobile device or printed voucher, be sure to check the following:
- Make sure your offer’s redemption period hasn’t ended. If the redemption period has ended, the offer is no longer valid and will appear in your History.
- Double check the terms and conditions for any special rules. Some offers cannot be used at certain times or on certain days or may have other restrictions.
- Note that Google Offers typically can’t be combined with other deals, including happy hour specials or other promotions.
- Make sure you’re redeeming your offer at the right location. Some businesses may have multiple locations, but only the location listed on your voucher is eligible for redemption.
If you think the offer should have been accepted, we recommend that you advise the business’ management of the error.

I can’t redeem an offer on my mobile device
Having trouble opening your offer on your mobile phone? Please try the following options:
- Make sure you're signed in to the same account you used to save the offer. You'll only be able to see an offer you saved if you're signed in under the same email address you used when you saved the offer.
- Make sure your offer’s redemption period hasn’t ended. If the redemption period has ended, the offer is no longer valid and will appear in your History.
- Try restarting or reopening the app.
- Try using your mobile web browser to access google.com/offers.
- Try opening your saved offer from your saved offer email confirmation in your inbox.
- Try printing your voucher from your computer instead.

I can’t print my offer
Having trouble printing your offer on your computer? Please try the following options:
- Try using another browser to print
- Clear your cache and/or cookies and then try printing again
- If you have an Android device you can download the Google Offers app, or access google.com/offers from your mobile browser on any other platforms, and redeem from your phone instead of printing a voucher. Before redeeming an offer via mobile phone, please check your offer's terms for specific redemption requirements as some businesses may prefer a printed voucher.
