well maintained ,and a thorough briefing by the lead crew made us feel immediately confident

take plenty of fly spray to keep wasps away while in port

Easy comfortable sailing

The flotilla was well run and the support team were very helpful. Predictable weather meant most days we were able to sail and the locations were lovely.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

The last day between handing over the yacht and leaving the resort is a long day without a base

Easy to operate, well maintained yachts

Rafting up in a bay on Kalamos for the BBQ

It was truly Fantastic

Is there anything else you would like to share?

The crews were very friendly and helpful. repairs were done before I had told them they were needed. You are not tied to the lead boat by a string you just get a morning briefing and a location to get to by sometime in the afternoon. this gives loads of time for wandering swimming or just lazing.

Yachts - What was the best thing about your yacht?

The Yacht was very comfortable and really easy to handle. At the time my yacht was a 23 foot Pandora and I was given a 37ft Beneteau. this was no problem at all. I have since bought a 32ft Beneteau

Tips - Do you have any advice for fellow Sunsail guests visiting this destination?

Relax and enjoy it. We had an unusual F9 on the last day but under motor it was fine because the sea was so deep there were no large waves the ones we experienced were only 2-3ft. Coming back to base in the bad weather crews were ferried out to us so they could take the boats in safely.

Highlights - What were the most memorable experiences of your holiday and where on your itinerary did they happen?

We particularly enjoyed Sivota but the whole experience was fantastic. I had always fancied a flotilla cruise can't wait till next year.

Much more than we were expecting

Overview - Give us a summary of your time with Sunsail?

We had a fantastic time. First trip on a flotilla and with an 8 month old baby! Not much wind, but as we were not very experienced this was no bad thing.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Having a skipper was great, see above.

Yachts - What was the best thing about your yacht?

Being able to dive off the stern.

Tips - Do you have any advice for fellow Sunsail guests visiting this destination?

Set off at a reasonable time, as some of the more popular anchorages can get crowded. Beware of crossed anchors in Fiscarda

Highlights - What were the most memorable experiences of your holiday and where on your itinerary did they happen?

We saw a pod? of rays. See picture. Absolutely incredible. This was I think on the 3rd day when there was no wind, and we thought they were dolphin fins, until we drifted up to them.

this was our 3rd holiday with sunsail and did not disappoint, been on flotilla you get to meet and enjoy other familys company as much or as little as you like. You're well looked after with your lead crew no matter what sailing skills you have a very enjoyable holiday. Yes we will be going again
