Flotilla Sailing information - What’s Included?

Flotillas are the ultimate in social sailing, providing the perfect balance between independent sailing and unobtrusive support.

Discover sandy beaches, secluded coves and breathtaking scenery as you sail on an enchanting adventure like no other, with a group of up to 14 other yachts with like-minded sailors. Choose from Flotilla routes across the Mediterranean and Caribbean with something to suit all sailing abilities and tastes, so you will find the perfect choice whatever floats your boat!
And there’s plenty of excitement to be had along the way too; you can choose to join the rest of your Flotilla and sample delicious, local cuisine at dinner, as well enjoy punch parties, beach BBQ’s, fun regattas and other social events. You don’t have to join in if you don’t want to; it’s your holiday so it can be whatever you want it to be...
 
Your Lead Crew
As well as the reassurance of being part of a group of like-minded sailors, you will cast off each day with the support of your Lead Crew. Onboard your Lead Boat will be a Skipper, Host(ess) and a Technician, then on dedicated ‘Family Flotillas’ we add an Activities Coordinator to help entertain the kids too!
You can be as independent as you like, but your Lead Boat Crew will never be far from your side in case you need them. They can also recommend the best anchorages, harbors, restaurants and places to visit, ensuring that you make the most of your time on holiday.
 
Skipper
Your Flotilla Skipper is fully qualified and is responsible for the Flotilla. They will be on hand at the beginning and end of every day, if you need assistance with mooring or casting off. They will also hold daily chart briefings to help you make the most of your trip.
 
Host(ess)
Your Flotilla Host(ess) will know the best beaches, restaurants and local attractions. They’ll find the perfect place for dinner every evening for you and your Flotilla, so you can enjoy delicious local cuisine while sharing tales of the sea with your new friends.
 
Technician
Your Technician will be on hand to make sure that each yacht in the Flotilla is running smoothly. Should you have any technical questions, just let your Technician know and they’ll be there to help.
 
Activities Coordinator
Available on Family Flotillas, your Activities Coordinator will be on hand to give you some time to yourself without having to worry about what the kids are up to! From tiny tots to the older teens, they will provide fun beach games and activities to keep your precious ones entertained.
We’ve created a Flotilla package just for you, so all you have to worry about is choosing which of our incredible routes to go for and when! All the below is included in the cost of your holiday:
