i like every thing about the hotel with eceptation of internet, it is very poor and slow. i couldn't do my job online.

If lucky enough to get to New York again will stay here again.
So central to every where 10 mins tops from Times Square.
So easy to walk to almost everywhere you are supposed to see.
Staff very helpful.even has a safe in the room, this is new since last visit. If you want " full service" this might not be your choice, but if like me you don't mind making your own bed, pulling the duvet up how hard is that. Very comfortable bed small efficiency kitchen facilities great for a quick cereal breakfast and bring in a take out. Next road over many delis and little stores selling fruit etc also restaurants.

Excellent experience at Candlewood Suites which gave us a great start to our US Vacation. Facilities and staff were excellent and the hotel is great value for money. We WILL return to Candlewood Suites, Times Square again in the future. Thank you.

Choosing the Candlewood Suites was one of the best choices I have made in regards to a hotel in a long time. Loved every minute in New York and it was made possible by having a great place to call home away from home :-)

Hotel room was great. Bathroom a little dated.
Security in the hotel was great.
Quite room.
Staff upon early check out were unreasonable!

I ended up at this hotel through a package I booked and compared to other hotels I have stayed in around the same area, I found my room spacious and really appreciated the kitchenette. I didn't so much like the floor I was on or that I ended up with a handicap accessible room but staff were kind in providing me options although I chose to stay in the same room. I found the hotel policies to be very accommodating and the staff friendly.

We stayed for three nights in New York, and could not have been better accommodated. The hotel is very near Times Square, and just opposite a superb Italian restaurant where we ate every night.
The room was comfortable and well supplied with (e.g.) coffee etc.
