In Lasers, runner up at the 2001 Laser Radial Worlds, multiple Greek Laser Champion and winner at the Athens Eurolymp Vagelis CHIMONAS (GRE) took the honours ahead of last year's winner Antonis MANOLAKIS. (GRE). Meanwhile in the Laser Radial fleet, another of the Eurolymp winners Virginia KRAVARIOTI (GRE) sailed to an impressive win, to add to her three previous victories in Thessaloniki in the Europe.
In a small Finn fleet the honours went to a dominant Alexandros DRAGOUTSIS (GRE), who never left the top spot, finishing with five bullets and one second place. Iordanidis PASCHALIDES and Kostas TRIGONIS (GRE) were also clear winners in a small Tornado fleet, taking victory in all five races.
The 15th Tzeni Grammalidou Cup was completed with the prizegiving in the presence of 2004 Olympic Champion in the 470 Sophia BEKATOROU (GRE), the Prefect of Thessaloniki Panagiotis PSIOMIADIS (GRE), representatives of the Naval and Armed Forces, the Municipalities of Thessaloniki and Kalamaria, the former President of the Hellenic Yachting Federation and Presidents of nautical clubs.
