The Danish team finished the championship on 10 points taking five bullets and never finishing outside the top three. Nine races were completed and it was the German team of SCHWARZ Hans-Peter/KIRST Roland who came second with 14 points. A consistent performance by the Germans, finishing in the top four of all races except a disappointing 21 in race 5.

Only three points separated third to fifth and it was eventually SLABOLCS Majthényi/ ANDRAS Domokos from Hungary who clinched it with 28 points, followed by the British pair of Toby DALE/James COLE with 29 and CIPRIANI Roberto/ MORELLI Stefano finishing fifth on 30 points.

72 teams from 13 nations made the journey to Dervio, Italy for the event which was organised by Centro Vela Dervio.
