The Notice of Race states the key conditions for the three sailing events at the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games, which will take place at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center from 6-17 September. Included in the Notice of Race are details on the rules, regulations, entry and qualification guidelines, format, scoring, schedule, venue and courses that will be used to decide the sailing medallists of the 2008 Paralympic Games.

Boat Identification

The Notice of Race contains details on boat identification and advertising. To accompany the Notice of Race in this these respects, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Manufacturers Identification Guidelines and IFDS guidelines for Decal Application to Mainsails have been published and are available to download from the ISAF Paralympic microsite.
