Florida, USA

America's Henry Marshall solidified his spot at the top of the leaderboard on the second day of racing at the Byte CII North American Championship, a continental qualifier for the Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games.
With the breeze around 10 knots with occasional shifts, three races were completed out of US Sailing Center Martin County in Florida, USA.

Marshall recorded three third place finishes to hold the lead whilst Scott Mckenzie (ISV) took two wins to trail Marshall by five points. The days other race win went he way of Bermuda's Benn Smith who sits fourth overall.

Leading the girls charge is Celeste Lugtmeijer of the Dominican Republic. Ceci Wollmann was the overnight leader in the girls fleet but Lugtmeijer reduced the deficit and overhauled Wollman to lead her by three points.

Both Lugtmeijer and Wollman qualified their nations for Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games spots at the 2013 Byte CII Worlds whilst the fight for four places plays out behind them.
