2014 ISAF Sailing World Championships Test Event
Santander, Spain

Fresh from European Championship action in Dublin, Ireland the Laser and Laser Radial fleets joined the action at the Ciudad de Santander Trophy, the test event for the Santander 2014 ISAF Sailing World Championships.
The leaders in the classes that have been racing throughout the week remain the same as the City of Santander was treated to all of the Olympic events taking to the water.

The wind was late to come through making the fleet wait in the port until it decided to appear at 5 knots, building to a comfortable 12 knots and a direction shifting from 330 to around 340.

The spectacular scenery of today, attracted many followers interested in watching the races, together with the vast public passing by the Oceanographic museum and the walk way round Puerto Chico.
