Domestic Battery

Domestic battery charges are the result of an assault and battery of a member in the same household, usually a spouse or significant other. Depending upon the seriousness and/or the number of prior convictions of a domestic battery, the domestic battery charge will be that of a misdemeanor or a felony. A No-Contact order, could be issued preliminarily by the court having jurisdiction of the criminal charge, to prevent the accused individual from living with or contacting the aggrieved party.

If you have been charged with domestic battery, Christina Maas will help protect your rights and assist in the resolution of your legal conflict.
