Update on access to Foulger's Gat 

During construction of the London Array wind farm

Further to the information made available by the RYA earlier this year, we continue to receive reports from members of their varying experiences of using the Foulger’s Gat channel.

Work is still taking place in the Foulger’s Gat channel from time to time. 

London Array is producing weekly notices on the progress and resources involved in the project providing an overview of activities and vessels involved.

London Array suggests that those intending to make passage through Foulger’s Gat contact the guard vessel, Mary Anne, on VHF channel 16 or 69 on approach and await instruction.

The RYA understands that the Long Sand Inner and Outer buoys are not yet reinstated.
