Acquia detected an interruption of service affecting Drupal Gardens Customers ability to create, duplicate existing sites or manage domain information. We are currently investigating this matter and will provide updates here in approximately 30 minutes. Note that viewing and editing sites is NOT impacted.

We are noting a number of customer's sites alerting as being unavailable, with the common factor being the use of Worldnic as the provider. We are currently investigating the issue and we will update this post as we obtain more information.

It has been verified that there was an issue with an external network provider. The external provider has now resolved the issue that lead to the intermittent network connectivity issues between servers hosted in our EU-West region and our main task server in the US-East region.

This issue did not impact site availability.

Please contact Acquia Support if you experienced any such issues and we will be very happy to investigate further.

Acquia Cloud / Acquia Cloud Enterprise

We are currently investigating intermittent network connectivity issues between servers hosted in our EU-West region and our main task server in the US-East region. Our teams are working to investigate the root cause of this issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, but in the interim, customers hosted in our EU-West region may experience task failures related to Cloud API, code deployments, or other Acquia Network-related features.

This issue does not impact site availability.

The impacted server has been resolved at this time. All impacted Drupal Gardens sites have been restored.

At this time, service has been restored to most Drupal Gardens sites. A limited number of customers, however, are still experiencing a service interruption at this time.

We are continuing to investigate this matter and will provide updates here and via Twitter (@drupalgardens) within the next 30 minutes.
