New Sailability Foghorn Now Online 

Foghorn's had a facelift for 2014! New online Sailability features and news.

To help spread the word about Sailability, and the incredible work our clubs and people do, to as big an audience as possible, Foghorn is now online.

With a magazine-style format of in-depth features, news and video, we hope the new Foghorn will help people better see what we do, how we do it, and most importantly, why and how they can get involved too.

The online format also gives us the chance to put people straight in touch with the people who can get them out on the water, with just a click of a button.

Debbie Blachford, RYA Sailability Manager, explains: “The Sailability watchword is ‘inclusivity’ and by bringing Foghorn online we are able to include more people from more different groups than ever before via a more inclusive medium. The new format also enables us to promote our clubs direct to the people we want to be using them.

“There are some incredible stories of endeavour and achievement within our Sailability family and the new magazine-style format means we can give these people the platform they deserve, while also providing inspiration to newcomers to the sport who may think that sort of achievement is completely out of their reach.

“We hope you enjoy the new Foghorn as much as we enjoy being able to tell your stories.”

Foghorn will be emailed to existing Sailability subscribers, and promoted via the RYA Sailability Facebook page and RYA Sailability Twitter account. You can also access it directly online via the See Also Link to the Right.
