  You can see your Account details by clicking on Account (next to your name) at the top right near the Logout button. "Legacy members" (members who joined the Club before the new site launch) may wish to edit their name and contact details to ensure they are correctly formatted. They will also see that their subscription and transaction history is abbreviated - as renewals take place, these will be fully recorded.

• How do I edit my profile?

  Click on your name (next to the logout button at the top right) or use one of the My Profile links. You can enter and edit your photo and Member Profile information here. Save frequently to avoid losing content as you edit it as - like most websites - there is a time-out after a period of inactivity. Once you have added more than one position, qualification or education entry, you can move them up/down the list as indicated, to put them in the order you wish. Ensure the "Show my profile ..." box is checked so that you appear in the Member Directory and can comment on forums and articles, as well as receive email job alerts.

• How do I find other members?

  The Member Directory can be searched by name or various areas of interest and experience, or you can browse through the A-Z listings of members who have chosen to show their profiles.

• How do I get job alert emails?

  To be sent emails about jobs that our researchers have identified as being of potential interest to you, make sure that a) you have checked the appropriate box in your Account preferences, b) your Member Profile is marked to be shown in the Member Directory, and c) that you have selected appropriate professional interests in your profile (eg Paid Roles etc).

• What about jobs advertised on exec-appointments.com?

  To receive details of jobs advertised on our sister site, exec-appointments.com, make sure that you have a job alert email set up on it. Legacy NED Club members will have had an account automatically set up for them when they joined and should ensure that their requirements are still up to date by logging in to exec-appointments.com. New members should set up their own account (which is entirely free), and ensure that they select their criteria for both non-executive and/or executive roles.

• How do I book to attend an event?

  You can choose any of our events from the Learning and Events page. If you are a Member of the Club, please login to see the full list, including any exclusive Member-only events, and to ensure you receive the Member discount. Payment for bookings is by credit card online.

• How do I contact someone on the Help Desk?

  Our Client Services team is here to help you with any queries or issues you have about using the site, booking for events, becoming a member, renewing your subscription, and so forth. • How do I use Join the Debate?

  You can post a comment on any of the debate topics that are shown as active. Your name will be shown next to your contribution, but if you don't have an active Member Director profile your photo and other details will not be available. The option to enter your comment is shown at the foot of the debate topic page. If you wish to remove a comment after posting it, you will need to contact us on info@non-execs.com or +44 (0) 207 973 4909 (office hours).

• Can I comment on articles?

  You can comment on those articles where our editorial team have enabled this option (typically, Club Editorial articles). Only your name will be shown (not photo) unless your Member Profile is active.
