The right person must be a confident communicator who can build effective relationships with the media, members of Team GBR and our key funding partners, including UK Sport. You must be well organised and self-reliant, willing to travel worldwide and able to manage a flexible work pattern that includes evenings and weekends.

Strong writing and sports reporting skills are essential, as is the ability to distribute news electronically and manage web content. A sound knowledge of performance sailing is also required. You will probably have a media qualification and will be expected to provide examples of relevant work if selected for interview.

Salary £18,000 pa, 20 days holiday, benefits package including pension and life insurance.
