The Council is the final decision making body of the International Sailing Federation, whose members represent geographic groups of Member National Authorities (national governing bodies for sailing). The minutes detail Council's decision on the Submissions to Council and the Recommendations made by Committees. The minutes of the Executive Committee meeting of 9 November 2001 are also published on the website.
