Garda Trentino Olympic Week 2013 - Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup

Tornano le classi olimpiche , torna l’eccellenza della vela olimpica  sotto l’egida di Eurosaf, come prima tappa dell’Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup - e unica tappa italiana-, il Circuito Europeo che viene inaugurato proprio con la regata organizzata dal consorzio dei circoli dell’Alto Garda “Vela Garda Trentino”. La Fraglia Vela Riva, circolo referente con Eurosaf, farà da base logistica per le classi 470 maschile e femminile, mentre le altre classi saranno dislocate tra Arco, Torbole e Malcesine. Curiosità per le due nuove classi olimpiche, il doppio femminile 49er FX e il catamarano misto Nacra 17. Garda Trentino Olympic Week 2013 apre dunque la stagione europea delle classi olimpiche con molte aspettative.

Olympic Classes returns and with it the excellence of Olympic sailing under Eurosaf rules, in the first leg of the Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup. The inaugural regatta is organised by the Upper Garda association of sailing clubs, “Vela Garda Trentino”, with Fraglia Vela Riva, a Eurosaf referral club, acting as logistical base for the men's and women's 470 classes. The other classes will be based at Arco, Torbole and Malcesine. Two new Olympic classes will be featured – the women's doubles 49er FX and the mixed Nacra 17 catamaran.
