All of the ISAF Member National Authorities may be represented by a delegate at the AGM. The delegate must be a national or resident of the country they are representing and must give notice of their appointment as an AGM delegate in writing to the Secretary General.

The next AGM will take place at 1430 on Saturday 16 November 2013 at the Al Bandar Hotel, Muscat, Oman. AGM delegate appointment forms should be sent to the ISAF Secretary General by 14:30 UTC on *Friday 8 November 2013. The form must be signed by the MNA President or Secretary General (or equivalent in position).
