A former NSA director isn't the only person to have some issues with being overheard on a train.
At this very moment, we know a lot of interesting things about Michael Hayden, the former head of the NSA. He's on an Acela train somewhere. He's talking to a journalist. On background, which means the reporter he's talking to isn't allowed to cite him by name. And we know exactly what he's talking about. How? You would think the former director of the Central Intelligence Agency and director of the National Security Agency would know a thing or two about discretion, but live tweets of an overheard phone conversation prove otherwise. Tom Matzzie, a political strategist and former Washington director of MoveOn.org Political Action, found himself sitting in front of former NSA chief Michael Hayden during a train commute Thursday:
