OWN BOAT TUITION

All our RYA courses or bespoke training can be completed on your own boat, we offer this on Sailing boats, Powerboats and larger Motor cruisers. Please call or email so we can put together a training plan for you.

OWN BOAT SAIL

Own boat tuition is an an excellent way of getting to know your own boat whilst completing an RYA course and gaining RYA qualifications. We offer the following own boat tuition from our base in Barcelona, we can also travel to other locations along the Catalunya coastline depending on where your boat is based:

• Dayskipper
• Coastal Skipper
• Bespoke training like mooring, sailing skills and Advanced skills
• International Certificate of Competence

Or we can do bespoke training practicing aspects such as:

• What safety equipment to carry 
• The best methods to manouvere in tight spaces
• Planing and executing a trip 

Training a few people on the boat is an advantage as it offers the safety of knowing someone else on board who will be able to handle the boat as well as helping to complete manouvres.

A check list of equipment is provided on booking and the boat must be ready and of sound condition with insurance cover.

We offer own boat tuition from our bases, but if your boat is located away from these bases our instructor can travel to other locations with just the additional fee of travel expenses.

Price is for the instructor per day and if there is any addition person on board there is a small surcharge. We like to teach to a maximum of 5 persons on board to the one instructor, depending on the type and size of boat

OWN BOAT POWER UNDER 10 METERS

We offer the following own boat tuition from our base in Barcelona, we can also travel to other locations along the Catalunya coastline depending on where your boat is based:

• Powerboat Level 2
• International Certificate of Competence
