What is Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP): 
SUPing is fun, easy and suitable for all!
SUPing uses a big board which you stand on with paddle to propel yourself. Simple, brilliant fun, really applealing and suitable for all ages and abilities. Stand up paddleboarding is a sport can be what ever you want it to be but be sure of one things it makes you smile and is adictive.  Stand up paddleboarding can be a gentle paddle on Hove Lagoon , a cruise along the coast , a way to get fit, a means to surf waves and open ocean swells and a way to race and challenge yourself against other people and the elements.

After you have completed our 2 hour Learn to Stand Up Paddle Board Course you are ready to hire on the sea and find out what Stand Up Paddle Boarding has to offer!


Why not try SUP Fitness?  

SUP workouts differ slightly from your average workout! You get to spend time outdoors on the water in a safe relaxing atmosphere – whilst working out. SUPs are an excellent workout tool with great benefits in increasing core stability – combine this with an effective exercise routine and you have an awesome fun whole body workout. Classes are suitable for everyone and you don’t have to be an experienced paddler or super fit to take part!

6 week young womens Sup fitnes course - just £15

Women age 17 - 25 - 6 week SUP fitness course - just £15 - no previous experince required.

Lagoon Fitness aims to use the outside surroundings of the beach and the water to provide classes that are primarily fun and will get you fit at the same time. The classes will use Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) and INDO Boards, combined alongside traditional exercises, to give a new effective and unique workout experience. Classes are based at Hove Lagoon, Brighton.
