Finances

Well organised finances are a crucial factor in the successful running of any club, and the job of the club Treasurer can be as demanding as any other club office.

This section covers the wide range of issues facing the Treasurer including a run-down of his duties, the various taxes that can be imposed and the reliefs that may be available, rules on the minimum wage and the implications of making payments to club members, and the many sources of funding for capital expenditure or special events available from outside sources or from within the club's own membership.

If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact the Legal Team Tel: 0844 5569519 Email: legal@rya.org.uk.
