  This is my second pair of Asics I've ordered in the last 3 months. I've been wearing Asics for 15 years. I don't know what is going on at the company but these shoes and the last pair feel like I'm wearing hard plastic. The heal is cushy but the toe box is hard on the sole and I can feel the seams on the ball of my foot. I can feel the seems at the top of the shoe as well. I thought the last pair I ordered and returned were a fluke. After trying this pair I am convinced that the company is trying to cut corners. Too bad because I used to love these shoes.

  Sad day for me. Same size last 12 Asics Gel Cumulus fit perfectly. Returned - thanks Zappos! Then got 1/2 size larger. Still too tight. Especially in the toe box where they always were most comfortable. The version 15 rubs the big toe even 1/2 size larger. Found the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 13's to be the best replacement. Will return these for a second GTS. Sorry Asics so drastically changed such a comfortable and lasting design. Did the few cents of material saved offset the loss of customers?

  Bought them for running, but they look so cool I just have to wear them out and about. Get compliments all the time. Very comfortable. I ran street and treadmill with them the first week and felt great. But I retired them to a life of leisure.
