High Performance Managers

There are 3 High Performance Managers in England who are responsible for identifying young talented sailors, supporting local RYA Champion Clubs and managing zone squads.

 

South & South West Zones - Chris Atherton

Chris is responsible for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Poole Harbour, Chichester Harbour, Berkshire and Oxfordshire as the South Zone and Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and the Channel Islands as the South West Zone.

East & South East Zones - Paul Wren

Paul is responsible for the East Zone which includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and the South East Zone which inculdes Greater London, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent.

North & West Zone - Chris Blackburn

Chris is responsible for the West Zone which includes Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Isle of Man, Shropshire, Hereford, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Birmingham and the North Zone which includes Cleveland, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Humberside, Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
