All of the ISAF Member National Authorities may be represented by a delegate at the AGM. The delegate must be a national or resident of the country they are representing and must give notice of their appointment as an AGM delegate in writing to the Secretary General.

The next AGM will take place on 10 November 2012. The appointment of AGM delegates must be notified to the ISAF Secretary General by 14:30 UTC on Saturday 27 October 2012. The form must be signed by the MNA President or Secretary General (or equivalent in position).
