Handy pointers

From everyone who purchased the book since March, Richard’s name was pulled from the hat.  He had this to say of his win: “Thank you RYA for the good news about the prize draw!

“Although I have been sailing for many years, with friends, flotilla and charter holidays; sailing schools etc.  I have only recently bought my own boat.  She is a very ancient Caravela 25 in need of lots of TLC and has become my project boat!

“As a member of The Poole Yacht Club I keep my boat in Poole Harbour and spend a lot of my spare time on refurbishing her, so, you can imagine how pleased I am to win £500 to spend with ASAP Supplies!  Also the Boat Maintenance Handbook will also come in very handy giving me pointers on the work I’m doing.”
