        What forms of payment do you accept?

        A:

        6pm.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bill Me Later, and PayPal* for all orders.
         
        *When purchasing with PayPal, your shipping address will automatically default to the address on file with PayPal, regardless of the shipping address you enter on your 6pm.com order. For detailed information, customers can contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161.

        The item I want is out of stock in my size, will it be restocked?

        A:

        The majority of the inventory consists of closeouts, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not readily available. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

        Do you charge sales tax on any item?

        A:

        6pm.com, LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Kentucky, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

        Important Sales Tax Information

        We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

        Oklahoma

        For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. The referenced forms and corresponding instructions are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov.We are required to provide the notice above for Oklahoma purchases based on Oklahoma law (HB 2359) enacted in June 2010.

        Colorado

        Colorado HB 1193, enacted in February 2010, required online retailers to provide a detailed purchase report to customers with more than $500 of annual Colorado purchases by January 31st and to provide a summary purchase report with the total amount of each customer's annual Colorado purchases to the Colorado Department of Revenue by March 31st. This law is currently the subject of a legal challenge brought by the Direct Marketing Association and others. In the meantime, the U.S. District Court has suspended enactment of the law while the legal challenge proceeds.

        South Dakota

        For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.

        Vermont

        For Vermont purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Vermont department of taxes website. We are required to provide the notice above for Vermont purchases based on Vermont law (H 436) enacted in May 2011.

        Tennessee

        Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law. A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at https://apps.tn.gov/usetax/.

        Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.

        Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?

        A:

        The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

        Your shopping cart will not secure sale prices for you. If you place an item in your cart at a sale price, the price will change once the sale has expired. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

        When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

        A:

        Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

        Sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase. This is especially common if you don’t order online very often, if you’ve placed several online orders in a short amount of time, or if your card is very new. We recommend calling your bank to let them know you’re trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank’s servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.
