Following three fast and furious rounds of double elimination, and one single elimination, the results of the men's division have Ricardo CAMPELLO (JP, Neil Pryde) of Brazil in pole position, Taty FRANS (Gaastra, AHD) in second, Douglas DIAZ (Fanatic, North) third and Tonky FRANS (Gaastra, AHD) fourth. Campello only needs to advance through one more heat in the fourth round double, to take the King of the Caribbean title although technically Taty FRANS can make it a draw if Campello loses and Taty beats Douglas DIAZ in the final. In terms of the overall title race Campello has already sealed the deal for first position overall, with Kauli SEADI (Naish, AHD) moving into second and Robby SWIFT (JP, Neil Pryde) dropping down to third after a disappointing performance here in Bonaire.

In an action packed day for the women on Saturday, Daida MORENO (Mistral, North) of Spain clinched both the Women's overall, and the Queen of the Caribbean titles after defeating rival sailor Karin JAGGI (F2, Arrows) in the vital women's fourth single elimination final. In the battle for second and third Iballa MORENO (Mistral, North) managed to forge ahead of Austrian sailor Tanja EMIG after narrowly defeating her in the losers final.

The level of sailing at the 2003 PWA freestyle finals has been outstanding with new highly technical manoeuvres and routines blowing off the doors from previous standards. Breakthrough moves over the last few years such as the flaka, grubby and spock have all been up graded to clew first, switch stance and one handed variations with extreme moves such a the chacho becoming common place in many heats.

The forecast for the next few days is for the wind to gradually pick up to regular trades. The double elimination of the fourth round is yet to be decided and there are still scores to be settled in the battle for the men's podium positions.
