The leader, Thomas Müller in GER 983, continues to race well. Today he finished in third place and has now a 22,3 points lead in front of another German, Michael Shattan in GER 968, who finished fourth.

The winner today was the Portugese boat, POR 35, with José Bello at the helm. In HRH Prince Henrik´s Dragon Baltic Cup the Portugese boat was second overall, but so far in this regatta their serie is 7, 35, 21 and 1 which put them in 10:th place after four races. With only two races to go it can be hard for them to repeat their result from the previous regatta.

Second today was Arved von Grünewaldt in the Swedish boat SWE 283. Only two days ago they hit a rock resulting in bad keel damage and almost had to withdraw from the regatta. They decided to lift the boat and try to repair the damage, which they did and achieved a great result today.

"We did a great start and then we just went on. We kept the lead for the whole first round, but on the second beat the Portugese boat played the shifts better and passed us. We didn't manage to overtake them again but we finished second with a margin of perhaps 400 meters to the third boat," one of the crew members, Harald Schmidt, said with a big smile on his face.

Yesterday's winner, Dutch Fred Imhoff in NED 247, was in 10th place today but is still in the top three with the same total points as GER 968, Michael Shattan.

Last year's Dragon Gold Cup winner, Harm Müller-Spreer in GER 950, who climbed to fourth place yesterday came in 21 today and fell back to sixth overall.

Tomorrow is a reserve day so no races will take place then since all races have been on schedule.
