      How to Make a Return

      Returns are FREE, fast and easy!

      Simply go to Your Order History in My Account and click the "Returns/Issues" button next to your order.

      Select the item(s) you want to return, print out your free return label and then pack up your return. Attach the return label to your package and either drop it off at any UPS drop-off location or hand-off to a UPS driver. NOTE: Return shipments are not eligible for scheduled pick-ups by UPS.

      Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email confirmation.

      You can also call our Customer Care team at 1-866-SHOP-WAG (1-866-746-7924) or send an email to customercare@wag.com. A friendly Customer Care team member will take care of the details and email you a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package.

      Return Policy

      Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 365 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping. This policy does not apply to prescription medications, as the VetSource pharmacy by law cannot accept returns on prescription medications.

      All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. For returns from destinations outside the 48 contiguous states, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact us at 1-866-SHOP-WAG (1-866-746-7924) or customercare@wag.com .

      Packing Your Return

      The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate.

      Simply apply the prepaid shipping label acquired through the online return process or from our customer care team. As mentioned above, please attach the return label to your package and either drop it off at any UPS drop-off location or hand-off to a UPS driver. NOTE: Return shipments are not eligible for scheduled pick-ups by UPS.

      Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/ FPO addresses

      We currently offer free returns for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states only. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or at an APO/FPO address, you may return items at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method.       Returns on Prescription Medications

      Due to pharmacy regulations pharmacies can't legally accept returns for prescription items. If you do have a problem with your order, VetSource and Wag will be happy to go out of our way to fix it, just give us a call.
