Back-Office Reconciliation
SecureTrading has recognised the operational challenges of management of funds with your acquirer(s) and appreciate that your problems are not over when the file of transactions has been sent to the acquirer. There is still a need to reconcile payments; to ensure that transactions that have been submitted have been both received by the acquirer and paid; and that any chargebacks received legitimately relate to your account.
To this end SecureTrading has a long standing partnership with Baker Tilly, the world’s 7th largest firm of accountants and business service providers. Together, we provide a comprehensive service to help gaming operators in the management of transactions, report reconciliation, tax and revenue collection, and auditing and escrow management.
Our service includes daily settlement and daily reporting, available online. Reports can be customised and formatted to your specific requirements. Additionally all data can be directly downloaded into your systems.
Reporting Systems
In close and exclusive partnership with Baker Tilly, we provide some significant value-added services to help you manage transactions, report reconciliation, tax and revenue collection.
Our service includes daily settlement and reporting, available online. We would work with you to map out a bespoke solution. All of these reports will be customised specifically to match your reporting formats and can be streamed directly into your systems.
Player Payouts
Our unique approach to player payouts will bring a significant reduction in operational costs, back office staff and bank fees. It will also improve the player experience due to a reduction in the time taken to return funds.
Instead of you making payouts, payment will be initiated in local currency from local banking arrangements. This avoids bank charges and delays and will be supported by daily reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Payment Optimisation
SecureTrading actively manages our customer portfolios and provides monthly analysis on the performance based on several factors including:
- Transaction volumes broken down by region, brand and currency
- Declines including full decline code breakdown at regional and issuer level
- Chargebacks at regional, brand and issuer level
- Refunds/CFT’s broken down by brand
Transaction Management
MyST supports various default reports and can be configured to execute customisable reports based on various data combinations. We can work with you to create customised reports can be developed as part of the default set.
You can view, print or download all the standard reports provided. Reports can also be set up to be sent automatically at regular intervals – daily, weekly, monthly etc. All information is available to be downloaded in CSV format.
SecureTrading can also make available a monthly transaction processing report that will provide:
- Breakdown of transaction outcome (success vs. decline)
- Breakdown of decline reason (error code)
- Breakdown of currencies used, including transactions outcome
- Breakdown of card brands processed (e.g. Visa vs. MasterCard)
- Breakdown of successful transactions based on card issuer Chargeback analysis (proportion of successful transactions and chargeback count)
