MatchDayMembers is designed for clubs or federations to manage their memberships and renewals and is designed in a way that it is simple and intuitive for all users whether they are at Federation level or grass roots officers.

The software is currently used by Irish Rugby Football Union, The British & Irish Lions, The Underwater Council of Ireland, the International Sailing Federation and UK School Games to manage memberships, registrations and Supporters Clubs.

The Welsh Rugby Union use MatchDayMembers to run a multilevel Supporters Club which provides access to exclusive website and video content, newsletters, shop discounts, partner offers, welcome packs, birthday cards, loyalty points and priority access to tickets and events depending on the particular level of membership package sold. Whenever a supporter clicks on a particular piece of content on the website their membership level is checked - if the content is a higher level than their membership then they are given the option to upgrade their account. The MatchDayMembers software manages the entire process including payment, upgrade calculations and automated emails for renewals. It is also compatible with mobile variant sites.

The Irish Underwater Council (Comhairle Fo-Thuinn) is the national governing body for recreational underwater sports in Ireland. It organises and promotes scuba diving and snorkeling, overseeing over 80 clubs and uses the MatchDayMembers software and its automated processes to register all divers in Ireland and to ensure that their membership, medicals, insurance details and qualifications are up to date.
