Yachting Australia seeks to appoint a full time National Training Manager. Training is central to Yachting Australia's strategic direction.
No ALT tag specifiedThe National Training Manager is responsible for leading and managing the provision of quality boating training in Australia and managing Yachting Australia's Training operations positively and profitably.

The National Training Manager shall work closely with state and territory representatives to ensure the National Training Schemes are successfully delivered by appropriately contracted Yachting Australia Training Centres. In addition the National Training Manager leads the development of agreed publications, services and alliances to support the Schemes.

Key competencies for this position include:

  • • Solid project management experience
  • • Being customer service focused
  • • Knowledge and understanding of the National Training Authority framework
  • • Excellent management, commercial and communications skills
