It has come to our attention that a number of websites, including Ultra Electronics and Super Electronics, are fraudulently advertising SecureTrading as their payment partner.

We can categorically state that this is not the case and we have no involvement whatsoever in http://www.ultelectronic.com, http://www.ulttelee.com nor http://www.super-elect.eu. We also do not employ anyone by the name of CIOACA IOAN ALEXANDRU in Spain or anywhere else. Nor do we employ a FLORIN NICOLAE in England.

Similarly, if you have received an email encouraging you to pay via "SecureTrading Protection" though a "SecureTrading Manager", we would urge you not to share any personal or payment information.

We would advise you not to enter your credit or debit cards details nor to make any payment to the operators of this site or senders of the emails. If you have already made a payment you should contact your local law enforcement agency.

SecureTrading has reported the site to the domain hosts, GS Telecom in Romania at abuse@gtstelecom.ro and Claus Web (also in Romania) at info@clausweb.ro. We have also reported the sites to Action Fraud in the UK under the incident number NFRC121000444015 and given examples of the emails we have seen.

If you require more information on how SecureTrading process payments, you can visit our Shopper Help page.
